Unstructured, had to chase multiple times and spend tons of time on a home assignment.... only never to have the document opened and have the contact reach back out to me and say that the answers weren't what they were looking for (despite never even opening the document...). Not a company I'd want to work for.

We appreciate our candidates taking the time to do the home task and we make it a priority to honour that by carefully reviewing each and every one of them.

Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO

They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
