1st I had to take one CCAT assessment. After that, I had an screening call. After the screening call, a second CCAT was requested. After this second assessment, I was able to schedule a "skills interview" (where I stopped, the next and final stage would be a team fitting interview). I did not perform well in the skills interview because my recruiter gave me wrong directions on how to prepare and then went on maternity leave (she even told me to prepare star stories and no question required me to tell a story. She also told me that in the skills interview the interviewer would dwelve deeper into my past experiece - didn't happen. Instead, the interviewer asked me about made up scenarios and caught me by surprise. If I'd known, I'd have prepared better for this type of interview.
