Its a kind of email interview, where I have to answer some basic and general questions apart from technical, after answering them via email. I was asked to create test scenarios from screenshots of applications which was sent to me via mail. And I have created test scenarios from home and sent via mail. After that I had to take an online exam from home, Its was more of brain-stroming puzzles. Somehow I managed to complete most of them, as I have read few of the puzzles from a book already.
After 10 days, they asked for my phone no. via email and after 3 days I got a call to attend face-to-face round.
It was my bad I didn't find the place at right time as per fixed schedule,as I am unable to find the place and roamed around to find the company for 30 minutes. there might be 10 minutes delay I guess.
The final round was not much challenging as they tested my attitude & personality by some activities and questions which are totally unusual. As a straight forward guy, I answered all the questions instantly whatever present in my mind. Finllay I guessed , I have failed to satisfy few of their questions.
Finally they told that I will be intimated about result.... as they told I got my interview result on the next day via mail. It was a entirely different experience from what I have experienced in previous companies.
Even companies like Logitech Inc., didn't keep up with ethics of intimating the result after I have faced final round by Project Manager. But Revmakx is one of the very few companies keeps up with good ethics
