Everything started out well enough - I enjoyed the people I met. The recruiter was friendly and positive. But then it went downhill quickly. After the process was dragged out unnecessarily, I had to contact them to get the outcome - pretty sure they were going to ghost me. Then, I was told that they were going to continue their search because they needed someone with more experience. So, I wasn’t hired due to my “lack of experience” (12+ years in my field) and yet their new hire has about 3-4 years, so that’s BS. The worst is they required me to submit THREE assignments and then stole some of my ideas and concepts that now appear on their website. Don’t trust them or let them use you like I did - there is no need to treat honest job seekers this way.
