Initial reachout from Linkedin, meeting with hiring manger and their outsourced sales consultant. First meeting went great. Their sales consultant didn't show up to the first meeting but had to reschedule for another day. The interview focused on hypothetical technical questions and scenarios and very little focus on my previous work. Afterwards, 6 weeks later, I reached back out for a response since the hiring manager never responded.
