The people were pretty positive and welcoming, but their process is pretty unconventional and time-consuming, to be honest. There were four total interviews + a technical assessment posing a training course. The technical assessment is the part that I feel is absolutely unfair. It's a training course of 20+ hours learning an RPA tool. I was then graded, but let go due to a "low" score.

The interview went pretty good, they didn't ask me many questions; but they told me they were going to contact me even if the response was positive or negative or that I could reach them anytime but they didn't communicate at all and neither respond my emails.
