There was an initial phone screen with a over seas recruiter who asked basic questions about Java and Object Oriented Programming. The interview part mainly covered entry level knowledge of Java and one SQL question. After that they described the "training" process. Which is similar to a boot camp but they contract you out at the end of the training.
