They interviewed like 30 people and only hired 3 so, they are picky but that's a good thing. The interview process is unique but it weeds out the people that applied just to apply. I applied on Indeed and they called me about the position. They must have been happy with phone call because they had me send in a selfie video selling myself basically, on why they should hire me. After that we had a face to face interview and then they had me take a DISC assessment personality test. I passed that and was hired. As long as you are personable and have a great mindset, you will do well.
