The initial call was smooth, and the conversation felt low-pressure and easygoing. However, after applying, I didn’t hear back for about three months, with no follow-up or communication regarding the next steps. While I understand HR may be managing a high volume of applicants, a timely update would have been helpful to explore other opportunities sooner. It would have been preferable to receive a decision within a month, even if it was a rejection. Additionally, it's worth noting that the company seems to prioritize candidates with degrees over those with extensive work experience. If you don’t have a degree, it may be something to consider before applying.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revamp Engineering en mars 2022
Entretien
There was a total of 4 interviews all spaced within the span of 2ish weeks. First was with the recruiter (she is awesome), second was with the principal engineer of the team, third was with a panel of people on the team, and the forth was with another principal engineer. It was all very simple and welcoming. A judgment free zone and super informative!
