It's such a greener pasture workplace good for newbies in BPO industry, friendly Agents, Supervisors as well as Clients. Tools are provided during training and it's very helpful tenured agents when you're struggling for the customers concern they will assist you until you provide the best resolution of the costumer
There was an initial phone call followed by an online video interview. Overall the process was quite smooth and quick. The interview was not difficult, it focused on relevant skills and experience in previous jobs.
I was given a Zoom interview link and tim when I logged in, no one was there, so I contacted the recruiter, and she worked with me in the entire hiring process.
