I recently interviewed with Resultstack on two separate occasions, once in 2022 and most recently in October 2023. The interview process consisted of three main stages: Initial Video Phone Screen (Non-Technical) - 15 minutes Second Interview (Technical) - 30-45 minutes Final Interview (Cultural with CEO) - 15 minutes During both interview cycles, I managed to reach the final round, which involved an interview with the CEO. However, my experience with Resultstack was far from ideal. In my first interview in 2022, after successfully passing all the rounds, the CEO surprised me with additional technical questions that he appeared to be unfamiliar with himself. Unfortunately, after this, I did not receive any communication from Resultstack. It took several follow-up attempts to finally hear from the person who had conducted the initial phone screen, and they informed me that there were no open positions available, which left me feeling frustrated and misled. In my second interview in October 2023, Resultstack decided to combine the second technical round and the final interview into a single 15-minute session. The reason for this was that I had already successfully passed this part of the interview during my previous application. I was assured that I would hear back by Friday, but once again, I received no response, leaving me feeling ghosted as a candidate. Additionally, the CEO's lack of punctuality and apparent disengagement during the interview further added to the negative impression I had of Resultstack's interview process. Overall, my experience with Resultstack's interview process left much to be desired. The inconsistency in interview structure and communication issues after reaching the final round were disappointing and unprofessional. This could be improved to provide a more positive experience for candidates.
