four tests : geography, accuracy, two formal/courtesy letters both in English and Spanish, computer test
accuracy on spelling and checks, geography was about choosing the right country or continent for each name of city given, courtesy letters were about asking for refunds on flight changes

scores were not good enough on all tests and being asked what thought it went wrong and particularly on which test
