During the interview I was asked ethical working environment questions like how I would approach and handle certain situations in the working enviorment. I was also asked questions that reflected my character as a person.

After several calls to and from the supervisor, an interview was finally set up. It went v well, but supervisor did not hire me for 2 months without explanation.
