I first received a call from the recruiter and had a quick phone conversation about what I might be looking for. The recruiter then suggested we talk more in depth. We set up an appointment for a phone interview for the next day.

Proceso cómodo y de rápida respuesta. Adaptan el proceso al tiempo del candidato lo más que pueden y responden todas las dudas. En la entrevista técnica tienes espacio para consultas también.
La entrevista fue muy clara, se preocuparon por tener constante comunicación y siempre prestos a solucionar cualquier duda. Siempre dieron feedback lo cual importa bastante en este momento ya que facilita tomar decisiones más fácil.
