I have been in this company's interview pipeline on three distinct occasions, and each experience resulted in me being completely ghosted by their recruitment team. Instance 1: The interview panel completely failed to show up for the scheduled interview. I received no explanation, apology, or follow-up communication afterward. Instance 2: I successfully completed two technical rounds. HR formally called me to state they were releasing an offer letter. The letter never arrived, and they stopped responding to all inquiries. Instance 3: I completed a standard first-round interview that went well, but was once again met with radio silence—no feedback, and not even a standard rejection email. A company's interview process is a reflection of how they treat their employees. The repeated lack of basic professional courtesy and communication here is a massive red flag.
