The process included several panel interviews, and were not focused as much on skills as cultural questions.
ResMed is looking for do-whatever-it-takes types while pushing the "flat organization" mantra.
They are attempting to replicate Google methodology.
There were multiple red flags for potential work-life balance issues which would be backed by other reviews.
