Interview was not clear, no real next steps or guidance. Seemed the role did not had any structured description or clear deliverables. Confusing at first and at the end a very bad experience.

I met with 4 directors. They seemed nice, but didn't seem to know much about marketing techniques and how it applies to today's marketplace. THey asked about past experiences and why I should be considered for the job.
