J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Residential Finance
Entretien
Had a recruiter contact me on linked in. Made it sound like everyone makes over $100k and the company is so much better than the others, etc, etc. This was over the phone.
Came into the office and met the recruiter then took the Wunderlich test.
Recruiter set up interview with one of the managers.
Manager seemed pretty cool, but he was wearing a weird short-sleeved button-down shirt with two pockets in the front and jeans, real professional.
Basically offered me the job on the spot.

Question 1
They did not really ask me any surprising questions, just wanted to know about my work history and sales experience.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Residential Finance (Columbus, OH) en janv. 2019
Entretien
Two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with a VP. Very easy, it was clear that they were looking to just hire anyone with sales experience. It makes total sense that the company ultimately went out of business.
