Entretien
First round interview online with standard fit questions, then had a weird case about designing an approach to find out the target audience for a plant-based food.
Also an online test, very simple about comprehending data and correct market research design.
Then a full-day assessment day: a group task (design a market research plan), a 5min case presentation (strict time constraints; presented in front of ~8 other candidates, the SAME presentation as each other with two random Qs from the audience), and a panel interview.
Whilst not difficult, it's a very long assessment day and long job interview process.

A bit about yourself and your experience, and then they asked about why you would want to be in pharmaceuticals. Then they ran through a scenario in which a client came to you with a product and wanted to know their target audience, so how would you find that out with research?

Entretien
Submitted application with CV and cover letter, followed by on-demand video interview. Received assessment centre invite within a week. Assessment center consisted of case study presentation, first interview with HR and group task. Then if passed these 3, will be progressed to final interview with senior managers.
