Entretien
Had about a half hour interview with a junior manager and then a team lead as well. Didn't meet any upper management for awhile. Did a walk through with them of what I knew of spreadsheets and other documents, this was their review of knowledge and a sort of introduction to their system.

They asked me about my experience and history with computer programs, and how well I learn new programs. They also asked about my schedule flexibility and my preferences for hours worked.
