I was reached out by an hr representative after I applied through LinkedIn. Had a 15 minute conversation and then was told I would get a call if they wanted me to proceed with the interview process. Had my first interview with the media supervisor and manager. Then, was given an activity that I would present at the second interview with the same people and the media director. After about two weeks heard back with a job offer.

Initial Phone screening, then an interview with the Director, then an interview with supervisor assistant director, they emailed an activity, and then a final interview to go over the activity
