Contacted by a Rescale recruiter over LinkedIn, with a brief description of the role and requesting a call. I responded back, and went a few days with no reply. I was interested in learning more, so applied on their website. A few days later, the Recruiter contacted me, apologized that they hadn't gotten back to me, and we scheduled an interview for a later date. On that date, I heard nothing from the interviewer since the invite had been sent, so I told them I needed to reschedule. No response for another day. Finally, the Recruiter replied - apparently they were still so busy and had overlooked my request to reschedule. No mention of the fact that the interviewer was a no-show. We rescheduled again. And again, a no-show. In my view, if the company has little respect for your time and "too busy" to not just meet their own commitments, let alone communicate, it's a harbinger of what the experience may be as an employee.
