I was asked questions about why I wanted to leave my current position, especially after so many years (14 years). The questions got progressively to a higher level. They started out tactical about assignments, project management, etc. and then got to a bigger picture with each interviewer (i.e., what do you look for in work/life balance?). I thought the questions were well coordinated and very rarely did I have to answer the same question twice.
