No real interview. Position was sort of passed on from my father. They took me in the room and talk to one of the supervisors. They asked if i needed anything to drink. I filled out an application as a formality. Knowing how to put together a strong answer to the most common interview questions is obviously key to landing a job. The art and science of creating great answers involves being strategic in crafting your responses as well as practicing till you’re as strong a possible.

Entretien
Phone interview conducted, wasn't sure if it was a human or a machine with a human voice. The questions were more business and more white collar than any I have ever answered for a driving company. It was difficult to discern whether the woman on the other line was being rude, insincere, or just wholly uninterested. If a company doesn't desire my services, I'd prefer a direct yes or no, not snotty phone calls followed by radio silence.

Asked basic questions, but felt much more professional seeing as how only one question actually pertained to my driving career and that was how long have you been driving.
