The interview was standard stuff, but the time it takes for them to offer you a position and then to actually be able to start your first day is outrageous. New employees can ONLY start on the 1st or 3rd Monday of any given month.

Entretien
In person interview was informal. Had a lengthy discussion around my background and talked about the job and requirements. They eventually gave me notice that I was removed from consideration about 10 days later.

What was the sales process like at your previous job.
They start you with a phone screening once that’s happened you go ahead and interview in person I had to interview with two people and then once that happened they calll you after a week to tell you if you received the job or not
