The manager was 15 minutes late rushed the entire time as if he had somewhere else he needed to be. The person that contacted me for the interview talked about room for growth and on the job training. The hiring manager laughed at these and said "not here we don't". He said maybe in 7-10 years there would be more opportunities for growth. I never heard back from my interview so I'm assuming I didn't get the position but it wasn't what I expected anyway so that would have been my response to an offer.
