Felt very welcomed. Campus is beautiful. Flew in the night before and stayed in their hotel. Breakfast provided. Tour of the property followed by a presentation and a Q&A with pilots. Interviews followed that.

Everyone was very nice and the interview process was simple. The atmosphere was very friendly and it felt like they wanted me to be there. Everything felt more like a conversation than an interview.

They flew me in the day before and provided accommodations at their Brickyard hotel, which had an awesome vibe—getting to connect with other pilots in a relaxed setting made it a really enjoyable start. The next morning included breakfast, followed by a tour of their impressive training facility. It was clear how much they invest in their operation and their people. One of the highlights was the opportunity to have a pilot-only conversation with current line pilots, which gave a genuine and transparent look into the day-to-day experience at Republic. The formal interview was straightforward and professional, and the entire process felt welcoming and well thought out. After everything wrapped up, they coordinated a smooth shuttle back to the airport for the trip home. Overall, it was a fun, engaging, and very positive experience that left a great impression of the company and its culture.
