Recruiting will reach out and inquire where you are in your career and the expectations. They will then schedule an interview with base manager at your desired base (if there is an opening). The base manager will ask you about your career, what got your interest brewing in aviation. Then there will be basic technical questions. Make sure to research ATA codes, the types of manuals Airline Techs use. It’s very different than GA. There are behavioral questions as well. Some may include what would you do in high pressure situations to get aircraft out safely and efficiently. Make sure to do your research on Republic and what equipment they fly.

First was a phone call screening, about 15 min. After which you would interview with the base manager and talk about the job. After that you recieve a phone call if offered a job.
