Was really seemless exeperience with the in-house recruiter being very helpful in his communication on next steps. Had a 30 minute initial interview over video conferencing, then a face to face interview followed by another 30 minute final interview. I applied for a marketing account manager role where you do need to know your stuff and have experience going through challenges as the situational questions asked were very good to put a person without challenging experiences on the spot. So I say, if you don't have experience and frameworks in dealing with difficult situations then it can be quite difficult ... excellent interview process to find their ideal candidate
