Standard remote interview process, screener, interview with hiring manager / design lead, panel interview with engineers, full day on-site design challenge. Process took about a month, everyone was incredibly kind and encouraging.

How would you design a feature to accommodate technical and non-technical users?
Great interview experience until Onsite. Felt it was a user interview for the company then a job interview.
