Entretien
I first saw their ad for the role posted on an internet job board. The ad contained a link to their website and I submitted my resume and cover letter directly to their site. The next day I received an email from their HR department saying that I had been shortlisted and asking for a suitable time for a telephone interview from their HR manager. The telephone interview occurred another 4 days later. The HR manager then said she would take her notes from our conversation to the hiring manager. She said I could expect an email by the end of the next business day telling me what next steps would occur. That email did come promptly by the end of the next day, which was nice, but unfortunately they decided not to pursue me further as a candidate.

Entretien
Before being considered for a phone screening interview I was required to write an extremely difficult technical assessment based on the Nurse scheduling problem. Once I completed the assessment a phone screening interview was scheduled with an HR manager. The HR manager missed our original appointment and the meeting was rescheduled. After the screening interview I was informed that I was not a suitable candidate and the feedback indicated that the HR manager has misconstrued some of my comments.
