I appreciated the interview even though it was a disappointing experience with the Recruitment team. After a provisional call I was invited in to meet the team in person. The interviews with the Recruitment team were basic. I really didn't feel she understood in any detail what I was talking about. She just asked some really basic questions which I had already answered in our telephone call? Told me lots about herself but not the company. I did get to meet a Director - which I really appreciated. He was able to really tell me in-depth about the role and the possibilities with their company and Recruitment as a whole. It didn't however work out but I really appreciated the candid advice in the interview which helped me secure a position elsewhere.

Very relaxed informal interview process with a different question style where questions are asked to determine your background, social life, friends and interests to determine if you're a good fit into the company.
