Vague process. HR doesn't communicate properly. The interviewer was very casual and didn't give importance to the questions that were asked about the interview. Also seemed like they were in a rush to just hire anyone and lacked the basic skills to have a smooth interview process that would leave the interviewee impressed by the company.

Entretien
3-4 interview rounds, starting with tactical questions, Assignments related on well-known brands like subway and it's re-positioning. Final round includes the interview with the VP, where the real life situations are given you and presence of mind is tested if you answer within 10 seconds.
