The entire process was relatively straightforward. It started with a short conversation over the phone. I spoke with Jennifer and it was friendly and relaxed, just some basic questions about my background and why I would be suited for the role. I then I had short call and a few emails exchanged with Louise to organise my face to face interview again this process was friendly and straightforward. The face to face interview itself was an informal relaxed chat and I was made to feel at ease throughout the process.

The interview process was easy and straight forward from my telephone interview from Leah Cunningham to my face to face with hazel at the Edinburgh branch it was done very professionally and well organised I felt very welcome from start to finish
