I applied via their website and within a couple of days got an email from Matthew. I was told I got through to the 1st stage of interviewing which was via the phone. I had the option to to email him back or use the diary facility where I could view his availability. I went through the the diary process which was really straight forward. On the day, I got a call from Matthew from he was really professional and friendly to talk to. We went through the job role and he asked me questions about my experiences and offered me a 2nd stage interview with the department manager. I got a sent an email containing all the information including the style of interview and what would be happening as well as what to bring. I met with the department manager who was also really friendly and we went through my job experiences, reasons for leaving where I was etc. From there I was invited back to see the role in action to make sure it was something that I wanted to do. I got a call a few days later offering me the job. Just to add, Matthew called me before and after my interview to see how I felt it went and if I had any further questions which I though lt was nice
