Telephone interview, followed by a teams meeting and field interview. A transparent and openly honestly conversation, giving me the full breakdown of the process joining as a graduate, thoroughly explaining the business operations day to day, the goals and objectives of the company. Jess and Mark were also very helpful in their guidance prior to the interview process!

Why did I want to apply for rentokil and why this role?
It was a pleasant interview process with Kerry and Leanne who were helpful throughout whenever they needed anything from me and to describe my day to day duties that will be expected from me and allowing me to have a taster day on the job.

Entretien
Very efficient, friendly and encouraging. Team across the board has been very helpful, from my first point of contact with Abbie & Louise, through to arriving on site and being directed to the correct meeting location. The interviews were professional but relaxed and comfortable and feedback was very clear and direct.

I was asked about my interpersonal skills, both in regards to customer service and as working as part of a team. Specifically if I had any experience in dealing with difficult situations and arising challenges in regards to both those areas.
