I went through an agency. Interviewed with a recruiter then head of department. Really easy overall. Be really enthusiastic. Know about process and company overall. Ask questions back about what it's like to work at the company.

Got a 20 minute phone interview which went great then I met with team leader which also went great then I was asked back to meet with the senior manager of department... She spoke to me for ten minutes which was mostly all me asking questions about the company... She barely asked me anything about my background or interest in the company then my interview ended with her saying I asked very good questions and thanks for meeting with her. Two days later I got an email saying that after reviewing my experience and qualifications they realized they don't have a position for me. I'm very upset they wasted my time... Doesn't a job contact you based on your resume which shows your background and qualifications? Why take me through multiple interviews just to realize that I am overqualified for the position? I'm very unhappy about the process and upset because I was so enthusiastic about working for this company. It seems like they are very unorganized in the hiring process... The last manager I met with didn't even know which team leader I interviewed with initially. It seems like they don't know what's going on... She was not prepared, made me wait 20 minutes into my interview slot, and she didn't even have a space to interview me in she had to look for one. Seems like she was winging it...please don't waste talented people's time!

Entretien
The first part of the hiring process was a recruiting event in the New York office. There were group interviews and some people met individually. Heard back a few days later to send my availability to schedule a second interview at the Secaucus warehouse location. The person who I scheduled my email was really bad at responding in a timely manner about the interview. After finally confirming a time she said she would send me follow info about the location and what to prepare. She never sent me information and lucky after doing my research I found the location. The second interview took less than 20 mins where I spoke to two different people. I spent more time in the lobby waiting for the interviewer than I did in the actual interview. After the second interview I was told I would hear back whether or not I got the position and was never contacted again.

Entretien
Somewhat fast but inconsistent. First there is was an in person interview with a recruiter. This was just an overview of the company and a meet and greet (honestly this could have been a phone interview since it was short and kind of a waste of time ). Later that day I was invited for another interview. So I set up an interview in Seacucus NJ at the office there. This is where is all went downhill. So when I arrived I was told to text a number to let them know I was here. Well I did that and no one ever came down for me. So now it's 10mins after my interview slot and I'm still waiting. So I decided to just go up. A girl in sweatpants attempted to set me up with what I needed. I was then interviewed with someone and asked about my experiences and she shared company and role information. I then did a few writing exercises. After those I was to shadow someone with a customer issue. Well the headset didn't work so I did by gain the full experience. After that I was told that was it for the interview. I was not called or sent an email about going a different direction. From the second interview it just seemed to me like a mess. They were so unorganized and off putting. I would recommend this job from what I experienced but while I was there I thought if I got this position, I would definitely continue looking at others as well.
