Entretien
We have 2 round of interviews and 2 rounds of screening. One is a phone screening and the other is video screening post that if the candidature is good according to the company then the candidate is moved forward for the interview rounds. When cleared a round of telephonic negotiations might or might happen and if everything goes well then the candidate is hired.
