First interview with one of the founders
Second interview with the potential manager for the job
Third interview with the VP of Engineering
I had amazing interviews with them and really felt a connection between us. It felt like they wanted me in their team big time. We talked way over the time we had booked and after the third interview, they just ghosted me?! They stopped answering emails completely. Maybe they found someone cheaper? But in all cases this is totally disrespectful, it shows how they run their company. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Question 1
Try to design a dashboard for a delivery system with a fleet of trucks, several drop-offs points and shops to gather materials.
Pretty chill and easy, 2 technical rounds followed by a formality interview with the CTO, followed by a culture round. Of the two first rounds, Round 1 is coding and Round 2 is architecture.
