Email communication first and follow-up with three different video calls with three different staffs including manager. The process felt natural but LONG to receive update on next process. It took more than an week to get a response after completing 3rd interview. It's unfortunate that they leave candidates hanging in a competitive job market. Also, their job posting don't talk about compensation and will be asked when meeting manager. Overall, process took more than two weeks and is entry level position with pay cap at $23/hour
