Waste of time. Was asked to drive to Austin to meet CEO after initial interview in person (in Dallas). First interview with "hiring manager" was great. Second interview (which required 8 hours of total drive time in one day) was a joke.

Received a screening call after applying. I answered all of their questions and the person I was talking to seemed really enthusiastic about my experience. They said they'd move my information on to the next round and call me back to set up a formal interview. It's been about a month and I haven't heard back either way.

Met with Regional Events manager,Described my previous management experience. Stated what m plan of action was for the department that i would over take. I then visited the location 2 weeks prior to accepting offer to meet the team and look at the area
