Candidature
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rendall and Rittner (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2013
Entretien
usually a very basic interview to go through your CV, ask questions relating to your customer service skills and gauge if you would fit for the site/position you have applied to.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
distance from site (they seem to value being close to estates you work on)
Professional and respectful, nice chat with the senior and I think they’re open minded. No bad feeling at all. Easy to talk with and good explanation as well.
It’s a 1 hour long interview.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rendall and Rittner (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2017
Entretien
Telephone interview with HR and then face-to-face with site manager. Passed phone interview with flying colours but was surprised by the questions received during the face-to-face, as they were demeaning and almost aggressive. it seemed the interviewer felt intimidated by my knowledge and experience as if their job would be in jeopardy.

Question 1
"As you are clearly over qualified for their position, maybe even more than the current staff that we have in our team, why are you applying for the role?"
You are aware that we are not looking for someone that knows the job and is experienced and hard working but rather for someone with a "wow" factor for the resident to see when they come in?
Hi there, I am most concerned to read your feedback and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific concerns. Please contact me on claire.day@rendallandrittner.co.uk.
