I sumbitted my application and within a few days I had been invited to a telephone interview. After the telephone interview we were sent an email telling us whether we had gotten through to the assessment centre. The assessment centre was pretty staightfoward. When I arrived I didnt really see any other students applying for the role but we spoke to people who were currently on the placement scheme. After that I was called to the room where Ihad to give presentation we were told beforehand to prepare for. After the presentation I then had an interview for about 40 minuntes with two people asking various behaviourial style questions and core value questions based on Renault's core Values. The Last 10 minutes was more relaxed just asking questions about me and my life, what car brands I like etc.
