I first had a discussion with HR, followed by a chat with someone from the Engineering Team and then, the at-home project which could be done within my own timing.

There were 4 stages: 1. Interview with a Recruiter 2. Interview with an Engineering Manager 3. Take home coding exercise 4. Interview with the Team Everything went very smoothly, the recruiter was one of the best I have encountered while applying for jobs, she was extremely supportive and responsive along the way. The people I have talked with were treating this process more like a two-way conversation rather than an interview. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience! Bonus points for no deadline on the coding exercise, I was very happy to be able to work on it when I had a bit of time and didn't have to sacrifice a weekend.
