I passed 4 rounds of interviews with potential peers; the interviews were based on factual questions, knowledge and previous experience to solve issues. The interviewers were amicable and very good at their jobs. Also, the People team and their manager were great, sadly, the last interview was decided by the head of the legal department, who not only started the interview 15 minutes later because he joined the wrong zoom room, and tried to attribute his mistake to me, but he couldn't stop yawning, and remained looking at his cellphone. This was a 15 minute interview, given it started late, but felt like the longest interview ever, given the lack of interest from the interviewer. After that, I only received and email saying that the decision was made to hire someone else.
