Spoke to a recruiter, they seemed distracted the whole time and like they didn't know what to ask. They said they'd schedule a face to face interview with me and the hiring manager. I waited but it never happened. I sent a follow up email and got ghosted. Came here to read the comments and it's apparently quite common. Lack of respect for candidates. Not a good look for the company
