Panel interview with some existing CSMs and a hiring manager. Good questions, a little bit of a shot gun approach as far as who was asking questions and the flow they were coming. Felt I had a strong interview, the recruiters feedback for not being selected I felt was a little bs. They continually post for the role, but never hire. Makes me wonder if they’re just posting to receive their government unemployment tax discount.

Tell us about a busy week/day and how you prioritized your time.
Four rounds: phone screening, video interview, on-site, and presentation. The on-site interview felt unorganized and the two employees chatting with me shared that it was thrown on their schedule last minute. I felt that they were judging me more than interviewing me.
did not seem serious about looking to hire HR rep just needed to fill time, missed our initial call and didnt get back to me until two weeks later saying they are not moving forward with no specific reason

The interview was very surface level. The recruiter asked basic interview questions but seemed to be going through the motions. When asked specific questions about the role she didn’t seem to know enough about it to answer it clearly.
