Interview process was a recruiter call, then a technical call with the hiring manager, then a technical call with the group director, and finally a half day onsite. The onsite is a 1-hour technical portfolio presentation, followed by several one-on-ones. The technical questions and one-on-ones are very theory heavy. It seems tailored towards people just graduating from college, and not people with several years in industry. As a result, the interviews seem to prize rote memorization from schoolwork instead of practical industry experience. I was not extended an offer, most likely for not acing a few of the one-on-ones that asked questions related to topics that have not come up in the course of my professional experience. Overall they risk turning away perfectly qualified candidates by focusing so heavily on theory.
