The hiring manager contacted me via LinkedIn. I met with him 30 minutes and then I was contacted by Recruiter #1. I interviewed a second time with Recruiter#1. Then, I was transferred to recruiter#2. After the 3 week, I finally had my third interview with another supply chain manager. Recruiter# 2 told me that my interview went great and the team really liked me. However, she mentioned 3 different salaries during this process. She said, "We only have budgeted $110,000 and can't do anymore." I wanted to leave my salary up for negotiation until I was given an offer letter. So, I sent her an email with the request to keep my salary negotiable. The Recruiter never responded and I was Ghosted. This company changed my role twice and mentioned 3 different salaries just in the interview process and were extremely unflexible and unorganized.
