-In office interview with two junior members, accompanied by a timed written exam

Emailed me to answer three basic questions, was then called into in-person interview, took a brief test (choose the best bio of CEO, explain a company in three sentences to an investor, explain how to use a computer desktop to grandmother), and then had personal/fit interview.
